QueueLoom

Free publishing service for short-form video creators

QueueLoom: Plan, publish, and measure videos across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

QueueLoom is a free web service for creators and small brand teams. Sign up, connect your own accounts, upload a clip, write the caption and choose each platform's settings, then publish now or schedule it. Afterwards, track how it performs on every account in one place.

Free, no invitation needed. Each account gets a private workspace.

Features

Compose once

One video, one title, caption and hashtags, sent to several accounts. Per-platform options are kept separate: YouTube privacy and audience settings, TikTok privacy, comment, Duet and Stitch settings and commercial-content disclosure, and Instagram and Facebook Reel captions.

Scheduling and calendar

Pick a date and time in the brand's timezone, or use recurring weekly time slots to fill the next free slot. A calendar shows everything that's planned. Temporary platform errors are retried with backoff, and posts that missed their window are held rather than published late.

Media library

Upload MP4 files once and reuse them. The app reads each file's resolution and length and checks the length against each platform's limits before you publish. Your video is uploaded exactly as you made it: the app never adds watermarks, logos, links or promotional text.

Analytics

Read-only metrics for your own accounts and posts: followers, views, likes, comments, shares and, where the platform provides it, watch time. Metrics refresh automatically about every 6 hours, and you can refresh them by hand.

Brands and accounts

Group channels, Pages and profiles by brand. Pause a brand or the whole publishing queue instantly. Connection health, token expiry and missing permissions are shown for every account.

Status you can trust

Every publish attempt is recorded with the platform's response and post ID. The app waits for the platform to confirm processing and keeps an activity log of every action.

How it works

  1. Create your free account. Sign up with a username and password, accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, and create a brand for your channel. Your workspace is private to you.
  2. Connect your accounts. Sign in with Google, Facebook or TikTok on the platform's own authorization page, and approve the permissions listed below. The app never sees your platform password.
  3. Upload your video. Add an MP4 to the media library and preview it.
  4. Compose and review. Write the title and caption, choose the target accounts, and set each platform's options. For TikTok, the app shows your TikTok nickname and the privacy options TikTok currently allows for your account; you pick one yourself (there is no default), decide whether to allow comments, Duet and Stitch, disclose promotional content if it applies, and explicitly consent before anything is uploaded.
  5. Publish or schedule. The app uploads the video through each platform's official API and tracks processing until the platform confirms the post.
  6. Measure and manage. Follow performance in Analytics. Disconnect any account at any time: stored tokens are deleted, and you can revoke the app's access with the platform in the same step.

Private workspaces, secure by design

Your workspace is yours

Every account has its own private workspace. Your brands, connected accounts, videos, posts and metrics are visible only to you; other users, including the operator's own account, can't open them. Videos are served only to their owner.

Encrypted credentials

OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and only used for actions you start or schedule. Disconnecting an account deletes the stored tokens and can also revoke the app's access with the platform.

Locked-down access

HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as Argon2 hashes and must be strong. Sessions are server-side and expire after 168 hours. Forms are CSRF-protected, and sign-in and sign-up are rate-limited.

No selling, no ads

Platform data is used only to publish your content and show your own metrics. It isn't sold, shared with advertisers or used for profiling. Raw platform responses are deleted after 90 days. Delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy.

Who can use it

Any creator or small team aged 18 or over can create a free account and publish their own content to accounts they own or manage. Publishing to each platform depends on that platform approving QueueLoom; while reviews are in progress, posting may be limited (for example, TikTok posts are private “Only me” posts until TikTok's audit passes).
