Terms of Service
Effective date:
1. About the Service
QueueLoom (“the Service”) is a free web service at queueloom.com, run by the site operator (“we”, “us”). It lets registered users connect their own social-media accounts, schedule and publish their own content to them, and see analytics about that content and, where authorized, manage comments on their own published videos. By creating an account, using the Service or connecting an account to it, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement. Accounts are free and personal: one person per account, with accurate information. You may delete your account at any time under Settings. There is no paid plan; if that ever changes, it will require your explicit agreement first.
3. Authorized use
You may use the Service only:
- to manage social-media accounts that you own or are authorised to manage;
- to publish content you have the rights to publish, including any music, footage and trademarks in it; and
- in compliance with applicable law and each platform's rules.
You must not access other users' workspaces or try to, probe or overload the Service, bypass its limits or security, create accounts automatically, share an account, or use the Service to distribute spam, malware, deceptive or unlawful content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential, for all activity in your account, and for the content you schedule or publish through it. You are responsible for reviewing scheduled posts and for the accounts you connect, including their privacy settings on each platform. For TikTok, you choose the privacy level, interaction settings and content disclosure for each post and explicitly consent before it is uploaded.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your content. You give us only the permission needed to store it and send it to the platforms you choose, at the times you choose. The Service uploads your files exactly as you provided them; it never adds watermarks, logos, links or promotional text, and you must not use it to add another app's branding to content shared to platforms that forbid that.
6. Third-party platform rules
The Service connects to third-party platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Your use of those platforms through the Service remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use, the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, as well as their community guidelines. Platforms may change their APIs, limit features (for example until they have reviewed the Service), or reject or remove content at their discretion; the Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
7. Availability and limits
The Service is provided free of charge on a best-effort basis. We may set limits (such as storage per account, numbers of brands and accounts, upload size and request rates) and may keep publishing to a platform switched off while that platform's review of the Service is pending.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that posts will be published at a particular time or at all, or that analytics will be complete or accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, content, revenue, audience or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including failed, delayed or incorrect publishing and actions taken by third-party platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features that depend on third-party platforms. We may update these Terms; the effective date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Termination and disconnection
You may stop using the Service at any time, disconnect any connected account (which deletes its stored OAuth tokens), revoke access directly from each platform's settings, or delete your account and all of its data under Settings. We may disable or delete accounts that break these Terms or put the Service or other users at risk, and we may end the Service with reasonable notice where possible. Data handling after disconnection or deletion is described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
