About QueueLoom
queueloom.com
What it is
QueueLoom is a free web service for publishing short-form vertical video. You upload a video once, write its title and caption, choose settings for each platform, and publish it now or at a scheduled time to connected YouTube channels, Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok accounts. A read-only analytics view then shows how each post and account performs.
Who operates it and who can use it
QueueLoom at queueloom.com is run by the site operator, who also uses it to publish their own channel's content. It is open to outside creators: anyone aged 18 or over can create a free account without an invitation. Each account gets a private workspace with its own brands, connected accounts, videos, posts and analytics, and no other user, including the operator's own account, can see or act on it.
Users connect their own accounts on each platform's own authorization page and can disconnect them, or delete their whole QueueLoom account and its data, at any time. There is no paid plan and no advertising. The operator can disable accounts that break the Terms and answers questions through the support form.
Current status
Publishing to each platform depends on that platform approving QueueLoom. While those reviews are in progress, posting may be limited or switched off: you can still connect accounts, upload, compose and schedule, and the dashboard tells you when a post can't be sent. TikTok posts are private (“Only me”) until TikTok's audit of the app has passed.
Features
- Composer: one video, title, caption and hashtags, plus separate settings for each platform: YouTube privacy, made-for-kids and altered-content declarations; TikTok privacy level (chosen by the user, no default), comment, Duet and Stitch settings, and commercial-content disclosure.
- Scheduling: publish now or at a set time in the brand's timezone, recurring weekly time slots, a calendar view, automatic retries for temporary errors, and a one-click pause for a brand or the whole queue.
- Media library: MP4 upload with preview. Each file's resolution and length are read on upload, and the length is checked against each platform's limits.
- Analytics: followers, views, likes, comments, shares and watch time for the connected accounts' own content, refreshed on a schedule and on demand.
- Accounts and health: connection status, granted permissions, token expiry and live connection checks for each account.
- Activity log: every sign-in, connection, publish attempt and setting change is recorded.

For TikTok, the composer asks TikTok for the creator's current settings and shows the creator's nickname, so you always see which account a video goes to. You pick the privacy level from the options TikTok allows for your account (there is no default); Comment, Duet and Stitch stay off until you turn them on, and are greyed out if you've disabled them in TikTok. You can disclose promotional content (“Your brand” or “Branded content”), and the matching TikTok declaration is shown next to the post button. Nothing is uploaded until you explicitly consent, and the consent covers exactly the content you confirmed. After posting, the app tells you that processing can take a few minutes and shows TikTok's processing status until the post is confirmed.
Your content stays yours
The app uploads your video exactly as you made it. It never adds watermarks, logos, brand names, links or promotional text to content shared to any platform, and it never posts without an explicit action or schedule set by you. Before a TikTok upload it verifies that the stored file is byte-for-byte the one you uploaded and that it added no text. It does not analyse the picture, so it can't detect branding that is part of your own render; you confirm that yourself.
Security and data handling
- Served over HTTPS only. Passwords are stored as Argon2 hashes and must be strong. Sessions are server-side and expire after 168 hours. Forms are CSRF-protected; sign-in and sign-up are rate-limited.
- Every workspace is isolated: brands, accounts, tokens, videos, posts, metrics and logs are only reachable by their owner, and video files are served only to the signed-in owner.
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shown in the interface or written to logs.
- Only the permissions listed above are requested. Analytics use read-only permissions.
- Disconnecting an account deletes its stored tokens and can also revoke the app's access with the platform. Deleting your QueueLoom account revokes access where the platform allows it and erases your workspace.
- Raw platform responses kept for analytics are deleted after 90 days.
- Data isn't sold, shared with advertisers or used for profiling.
The full details are in the Privacy Policy (including how to request data deletion) and the Terms of Service.
